Nice I like the Katzkin interior and looks like it hauled pretty well. Thanks and sorry for going off topic.

In the process of moving and still gathering parts, I will have more information soon.

I do have my harness/pcm, and motor mounts in the mail and the core shortblock. Going to be working on mocking up with that short block over the next few weeks.

Nice! Do you plan on getting the stock lightning cluster to work?

That's the plan.

The truck has been wetsanded/buffed, dropped a little in the rear, wheels mounted up. Black chrome billet grills on the way.

Purchased an LQ4 longblock for cheap. It's currently being rebuilt with new bearings, rings (gapped for boost), head studs, good gaskets, turbo cam, and valvesprings.

Here's some pics as it sits now on the way to the shop to begin getting ready for the LQ4.

I really like this idea, been shopping for trucks and i really miss my 03 SB Lightning that i sold a year ago to buy a 2011 CTS-V. Very interested in seeing how hard this install is, I didnt realize the motor mounts were that simple. Curious to see how the wiring and everything else comes together!

Also, i hope you are posting a similar build thread over on the Lightning forums lol
