Default 1st GEN lightning to LS engine swap.

Hi everyone i know every people has their own opinion about this, but i want to do this because i like those trucks and i allready have one,, and i have the LS engine and trans, i know how to make wiring harness and i have EFILIVE v2,, so i want to do it because i love how LS engines work, the power, and are more efficients..

The truck is a 1993 F150 Lightning,

the new parts for this truck: 5.3L or 6.0L, 4L60E or 4L80E trans, daily driven CAM, stall, and nitrous and thats it..

I will keep lightning original gauges, cruise control and everything... im going to try to make it look simple and clean..

ill upload pics soon..

SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH !! i hope to hear good opinions and coments

In for the build! Sounds awesome. I had a '95 Bronco with the 5.8; it was an awesome truck but the engine was terrible, and that was after I threw a grand of bolt-ons at it.

If I were you, I'd go with something close to a TR220 cam and a 2800-3200 stall converter.

Please do a cammed 6.0/4L80E. If your gonna do the swap, make it as nasty as practical

This guy has a stock 6.0/80E in his 93 lighting and with a 125 shot it ran mid 12s i think?
think it had the old ls1 cam and a edelbrock proflo intake on it.
