I managed one run at New England Dragway last night before the rain. It was a mad race against time to swap my tires, pass through tech and line up to race. The skies were an angry grey and it looked as though it may rain any second.
My time was 12.8 @ 105MPH on motor. The skies then opened up and I changed my tires in the rain before going out to eat. I am so pleased with this time for what is considered a baby cam and budget, mild setup.

After reviewing the logs and time slip, I think I can do better... My 1.9 60' isn't what I expected and the log shows I was 75% throttle off the line and then WOT once rolling at 6mph. I believe I can hit WOT out of the hole.
Another area of concern is my spark advance and knock retard. Once I hit WOT and 4200 RPM in 1st gear, it logged 7 degrees KR and 12:1 AFR. Once in second, AFR went to the commanded AFR of 12.9:1 and KR decayed normally. I need to sort that out. I'll post up the log file if someone wants to take a look.

Been away for a bit..
Thanks for the pics of the gauges. I am wanting to do them so bad... Was it a pain wiring them in or is it a cut the wires from the pigtails and connect type deal? I would be very greatful for any info you could give me.
I like you build man. I have an all aluminum 5.3 in my '96. It had a basic tune and I was (and still am as its not a daily) impressed with it. It is very quick. I am going to do a cam, converter and put it on nitrous and redo the wiring harness this winter if all goes as planned

Looks awesome Scott. Hopefully I'll catch you at the track one of these nights.
I bet this truck has more in it than you think... id bet you can knock your 60' down to a 1.7x, which would put you at 12.5 or better in the long run.
