Talking 1990 408/4l80e/s480 turbo build

Sold my 01 as a roller and picked up this 1990 sport. Im gonna keep this build simple and hope for the best. My last build was a tuning nightmare and was definitely a learning experience. Plans are to swap in the 408, 80e trans and a t4 s480. Ive started gathering a few parts and currently have the motor mounts, turbo hot side minus dp and a few other leftovers from my last build. Im gonna start with the suspension and brakes this week and hopefully have the motor and tranny in there by Sunday.

Quick list
Hke 408
Tbss intake
90mm tb
80# fic injectors
psi wiring harness
4l80e with shift kit
circle d2800 triple disc
bw s480 t-4 turbo
tial 44mm wg
tial knock off 50mm bov
tubular turbo header
kb crossover and dp
3" aluminum cold side
a2a intercooler
undecided rear end and ratio
trac bars
dual intake pumps
2001 Sierra fuel tank

Tuning will be handled by Pat g this time. Im excited to see what this set up will do once and for all. The only thing im not sure of is the rear end. Its a stock 10 bolt. Im not sure if I should spend the money on a nice posi unit or just buy a 12 bolt and get a posi unit for it. KB says I should just get the 12 bolt and call it done. Anyway here are a few pics to get the thread started.

I wish I would of went with a 12 bolt in mine now. Im going to have A LOT in my 10 bolt by the time I am done with it. I just going to be waiting on it to break in the back of my mind.

Found this today while sorting a few things out in the garage. One less thing I have to buy!!!! Im thinking of going with an a1000 fuel pump and building a fuel cell under the bed now.
