Also fixed my intake that had rusted off hose clamps and duct tape holding it on the throttle body.

Decided to chance it and take the top off. Came off with a little prying on it since the gasket had glued itself to the body. Was concerned there may be rust under it but not a single speck. Also cleaned the interior up some to get the grime off. Going to order a carpet kit and window seal kit for it and then next paycheck a gasket set for the top.

New Aisian clutch master, slave, and rubber line replaced and fluid power bled. Feels so much nicer. I think someone touched this before because the top nut going into the rubber line had red lock tite on it and there were lots of new words created.

Alternator replaced. Seems to be surviving. Replaced the idler arm. Ordered some r12 to r134 conversion valves. Now to see if I can find a vac pump and gauges for a decent price or see what a shop will charge to vac and fill.

I have one But I don't recall which one. Works much better than the cheap air compressor version.
I did that a couple times but it takes longer to pull it down. I also ran into an issue on 1 system and I felt it was because it wasn't pulling a good enough vacuum. I took it back to the shop I used to work at and we pulled it down with a real machine then refilled it again. The system worked perfectly after that.
