Thanks.... hopefully its starts moving a bit faster. I have to have it done by Nov. 23 2014. That is our wedding day and it will be a huge surprise to her father to see us drive away with it.... He only knows about the engine change and adding AC.

Got the lower column welded to the floor today to finalize the final location of the steering column.
Got bored and said F^%& it and broke out the paint stuff and painted the column
Sealed it up with PPG DP90LF
2 coats of PPG K36
The Fiance wet sanding... I'm very lucky she loves working on the truck
3 Coats of the custom Black I mixed up. Its PPG DBC Black with a 20% blue mixture.... its super deep!
2 wet coats of PPG DCU2002 and its FLAT!
Yes I painted it in the shed LMAO... guess what... No trash at all!

danny.. you got a box headed your way.... with goodies in it.. yeah.. i said it.. goodieS.. meaning more than one in that box.. (pay attention to the underside of the box flaps tho.. LMAO).. btw that black on that steering column.. in the pic almost looks like a black cherry color.. if so, i love it. if its just a coincidence.. oh well LOL.. great build, as always.. now give me them abears!

The color is actually a mixture of pure black base and 20% dark blue base. Makes for a very deep finish.

Pulled the engine and trans.
Started cutting the crap bracket off the frame to weld on the new one (employed my Dad to do this)
Unisteer crosssteer in and new panhard bar in
Its no TIG but it will do
Transcooler In
Got the tiny battery in and the box made for it
PCM in Place
Got some **** mounted in the center console
Started thinking about mounting the A/C

Brake parts came in and slowly working on that
Also got the other SS hardline for the PCV done.... Oh and engine ****. The intake and tensioner are off getting polished. Also notice I painted the waterpump.
