So off of corvette forum they say pin 1 and 3 for iat for anyone else that wants to know

So stripped the oil distribution block bolt whole in the block should I tap to a 7mm or try and helicoil

Size to size, I would say its a toss-up with respect to thread bite strength in the block. An insert would allow you to keep all the bolts the same size and not have to drill the distribution block.

Thanks all I'm waiting on is powertrain industries to come measure for my driveshaft and once it's built gonna go tune it
