Hey matt, Hows the newest set up working out???

FWIW
I used a 2'' solid lineup bar Just like any housing that would get narrowed. I used to do alot of 9 inch housings. No one make's a set of pucks that fit the 9.5 So I had to order a new set for a Dana 60 and machine them down. Normally at the end there would be a puck that slides in the tube to help keep it straight while welding on it. In this case I not only had to hold the tube but I had to keep the Brake flange straight durring welding.

I used a freind of mines shop to do all the prep and fabriction. I also machined anything that needed maching there. The only thing not done by me was the welding. Not because I can't but because I wanted the best looking weld on Pats stuff and don't often weld any more like I used to do.

Great looking fab work for sure. Can I ask though why didn't you just go with a 9'' if you had to do all that work??

being stubborn...wanna keep it GM. I don't plan on changing ratios often and a nodular 3rd member (w/gears and center) costs more than I have in this whole thing.
