Is some one helping you set up the Ladder bars??? I Know it probally comes off a little rude and I appoligize if it does. I just want to make sure your intersect points are set up correctly before you get the whole thing finished.

Also what brand alignment bar did you use in the begining on the first housing?

No I'm doing it on my own. The line up bar is made by Mark Williams.

Mark Williams Is good stuff. Mine is very similar to theres only I custom ordered a longer bar. I have there pinion bar too but I had to put a longer tube in it to be able to use it on regular vehicals.

Nice. I bought it a while back from a buddy that got it from a auction. The best $100 I've spent. It was new in the box too.

I set the ladder bars up per the instructions from quartermax. Basicaly leveled the truck at ride height, centered the rear pinion with the CL of the chassis, mounted the ladder bars on the 2nd hole of the ladder bar brackets and made sure the lower ladder bar links were parallel with the ground. The ladder bar brackets I made are a copy of the brackets that were sent with the kit, I just redesigned the bracket to work with my frame.

Finished up the DP.

Yes sir, I finished up the hot side tonight. The front end is back on and I'm going to start on the wiring harness tomorrow.
