Default at what rpms should i shift at

like the title says at what rpms should i shift at on my 2004 6.0L powerstroke? its completly stock i only bought a edge evolution programmer but lookin to know whats the best rpms that i can use on it.

I left my friends f250 Stock atleast until the gauges and exhaust come in.

If you can get access to a dyno, that is the best way to find out. I say at least a couple hundred rpm more though.

on my 03 it shifts at 3800 with a superchips programer on economy setting
