Yes correct there may not be A turbo that can cram that much air in but there are many twin turbo systems in development and some on the road being tested. i am currently working on a twin system myself I hope to have some success with. and when you modify a diesel after you upgrade the injectors, get big oil, big turbo, and a chip your looking at mainly small increases in power(unless you put it on drugs) its the overall of all the big increases and lots of little that make these ingines scream!

David, the owner at www.Dieselinnovations.com has an 11 sec Powerstroke. They've made headers and many, many, many other mods, including Monster Turbos. I'd bet they've done heads.

Check in with them, they would know what all is out there and what all is being done.

IDK, thanks for the work you've done on testing and for posting these numbers. Over at TDS we've been thrashing this airflow issue too, and I've taken the liberty of reposting what you've found and given you mandatory full credit for it being your work.

The forum is "7.3 upgrades and aftermarket" and the thread title is "Head Mods." Topic specifics are in the first post- basically mods and/or redesign and replacement of the stock head.

Feel free to come over there and give us your input. We're really all in this 7.3 head debate together. Keep up the great work!

Thanks clam I was going to post this on the TDS in the 6.0 section but I've been short on time lately.
