Default Window switch question & another

Hey with the window switch set at 2500-4800rpm and it shifts a 4900rpm as soon as my rpms drop down below 4800rpm will the nitrous turn on again and spray through the shifts- or does it wait for it to engage into gear- Thanks

ALSO where can i find nitrous solenoid brackets/mounts- i need some (x2)

to answer your first question yes. however if you have a stock tranny i would give it at least 200 rpms for a shift. so instead of closing the window at 4800 i would do it at 4700.

what are you driving that shifts that low?

one of our sponsors sell the brackets and mounts.------------------------->

I agree with what Goshawk said on the WS. Custom mounting brkts, Nitro Dave is about the only one who has those, for the time being.

So are you saying, in this case, once the rpms drop below 4800, the solenoids is energized again? If so, then it will be spraying through part of the shift. I guess the only way not to spray through any part of the shift is to manually engage/disengage the nitrous system.

Correct me if I am wrong but my understanding it it will not open the solenoid till the begin rpm is reached after the shift. Like I said correct me if I am wrong.

If you don't want to spray through your shifts, set high point for a little below your shift rpm setting, then you'll save wear/tear on tranny.
