Default wide stem vs. narrow stem jets?

I cant get a straight answer from HSW if the narrow stem jets will work in the 78mm plate. the only response i get from them is"the narrow stem jets have not been tested in our plates. you are on your own as if they work or not." Hell, im tempted to sell the HSW plate and by Daves plate just for the support. anyways...the only jets anyone has around here are the narrow stem jets. what are the pros/cons of the two different types?

because im not paying $12 shipping for a couple of jets... plus i have talked to several people and they said as long as the jet seats in the plate and the tapered end of the line correctly, there shouldnt be any problems

Just browsing the nitrous section and found this thread...The HSW and N2o Outlet plate use the NX style or big stem jets. The "little stem" jets are and NOS/Edelbrock style. What did you decide to do?

i used the narrow stem... it seats in the plate, and the beveled end seals fine in the line. no problems at all
