damn Cody, I can't keep up with all of the changes you do!

Are you referring to the Edelbrock carb plate? Is the 1050 the pt#?

A nice piece I found that'll work was the ZEX carb plate... nice design.

going to use one of these for the elbow off the tb
http://www.superiorairflow.com/extreme_velocity.htm
then run some silicon couplers and piping to a nice fresh air spot. I dont like the idea of sucking hot *** air from the engine bay into the engine, plus a regular cleaner wont fit due to the extended height with the plate system.

I have a Zex plate with a Vic Jr on my Bird. It works awesome. The only thing about a carb plate is you have to work out the jetting, cause all of the kits are set up for low fuel pressure. If anyone wants to use the Zex plate, send me a pm and I can help you with baseline jetting for several different power levels. I don't remember which ones I have tried, but I think I have from 100 all the way to 250 shot worked out. Distribution of the fuel and nitrous is way better than with the LSx stock type intakes!
