Default Tuneing a 150 wet shot

hey guys, got my Zex 150 wet kit, i have tr6 plugs

question is when pulling my timeing for the nitrous, do i pull the timeing from the stock table, or from my 93 octane table i made on HP tuners?

also i orderd a window switch, whats a good RPM for turn off and turn on?

thanks guys

rule of thumb is to pull 2 degrees out for each 50hp extra. As for the window switch, i would set it to turn off about 500rpm from your shift point and start at 2.5-3k.

You should copy your 93 octane timing onto your low octane table as well, in other words, high octane and low octane tables should match.

adam, thanks for the help. so should i copy my 93 table to the octane table, then pull 4 degrees out on both?

i just had different people telling me different things- some said to pull the timing from the stock table, some said just pull it from my performance table.

also should i pull the timing from the whole table, or just where im spraying?

thanks again

stock and performance tables doesn't make sense. You have 1 or 2 tables. Mostly 2, HIgh and Low Octane. Pull the timing from the areas you are in nitrous. You can copy high octance into low but you will not offer any knock learning protection. Your pcm will try to run the high octance table and then learn the low octane as it finds kr. So if you are happy and feel safe with kr, copy high into low. Otherwise make the low octane about 3 to 4 degrees lower. (FWW I have both tables the same, just explaining them)

as far as rpm goes, what your truck's specs? cam? converter?

by stock or performance tables i mean, i have my tune where i didnt touch my timeing table

then i have a tune where i advanced the timeing

should i reflash the PCM with the stock timeing and retard it, or should i keep the advanced timeing table in and retard it?

sorry for the confusion
