trailblazer ss small shot

so i bought the g/f a trailblazer ss 8 mnths ago .. ive been thinking of adding a small shot just for track fun.. i need the whole kit, thinking wet would be my best bet.. so what kit do you guys think i should buy.. the truck is all stock.. also how big of a shot should i go? and should i get it tuned for it, even if im not going to be spraying the s*** out of it, only every now and then...

FWIW, I sent my TBSS down the track with a 75 shot, no bottle heater, no purge in 90+ degree weather and over 110* track temp and it ran 13.0-13.1s @ 105. Stock tune, stock plugs. Only other mod was a Volant CAI, no weight reduction. I ran it in that same weather NA and could only best a 14.6. In normal weather in stock form it was consistant 14.0s.
I think with a tune and cold plugs I would not have hesitated to spray a 150. Although anything over a 75 shot I'd recommend a window switch.

You started the thread with a small shot but then asked how BIG you could go...gotta love the addiction! Don't think i will hook if you plan on running on the 20's unless you go with the new nitto 20" drag radials. Window switch for sure if not a progressive controller so you can launch with it. Like always stated: start small and work your way up......
