5s are a hotter plug. More chance of detonation and pinging

Dont use either. What does your motor consist of? How much are you spraying?

Here is the breakdown:

Plug = Shot Size
B6EFS(1 Step Colder) = 0-75
BR7EF(2 Steps Colder) = 75-150
B8EFS(3 Steps Colder) = 150-225
B9EFS(4 Steps Colder) = 225-300

That is just a guide like pulling 2* per 50 shot. Every combination is different.

I have been running the BR7EF for the 150 shot and previously ran the TR6 for the 100 even though I should have been running the B6EFS. Since I allready had them I used them then switched to the 7's.

I put some B8EFS's in my brothers 2010 Camaro for the 200 shot and it drives like stock on the street off the juice.

I've ran tr6 plugs for years and no problems, I gap them .025-.028 and have ran literally 60-75 bottles through my car without issue. Hell we even use them on our turbo LS1 car when we had it without issue.

I went from TR55's to BR6EF's in my 10.8:1 6.0 and it doesn't seem to run as "crisp," but still runs great, if that makes any sense...

I plan on following the plug suggestions SRTKLLR posted when I start spraying.
