THe MSD 8684 will handle what you are needing.

THey are $271.44 and can retard up to 30* of timing

I'll tell you, my buddies 04 that we have tested on shifts WAAAYYY better now with some TM reduction than it did with the stock tune, and we have yet to flash his TCM....
