Default Shift points and window switch...

Couldn't really find this with a quick search so I'll just post:

I'm going to be putting my cold fusion wet kit on about the end of this week. I'll be running a MSD digital window switch. How many RPMs should I set the window switch lower then my shift point. I was thinking 300 RPMs but I just don't know...

In general where should I set the shift point at anyways? It's just a 4.8L with E-fans, long-tubes, ORY, some tranny mods, and 3.42s with a Powertrax.. I was going to guess about 5500-5800 right here...

What do you guys do/think?

Set oyur shift points at 6K thats where my 5.3 was set at with 160K on the ticker. Set your window switch at 200rpm before the shift. Set it to start spraying at 3K in 1st that would be the safest and also keep you from puddling the intake and blowing ur **** up.
