Default quick nitrous question

Would it be ok to run a 150 shot with stock timing in my truck? I can't afford a Nelson tuned PCM until next week's paycheck and i almost got spanked tonight by a stock titan. I already got colder plugs and all that other stuff i just haven't gotten the chance to buy a Nelson tuned PCM yet.

I heard for every 50 horse you back out 2*, but I don't know what the effects would be running stock timing with a shot.

you should be safe with stock tuning since I run a 100-150 shot on about 3*-6* more timing than stock. That is on a 99 L31, the stock timing on mine is around 18-20* at wot. So I am thinkin that you should be fine.

Yeah but then he'll go out and get a shot too. Then you will get something else. Then he will try to find something more and find out nobody makes anything for the Titan yet and you will win a technical win for lack of an aftermarket supply.

yea but after this shot i'm gonna leave the mods alone for a little while and focus on trying to build a forged 427. That might give him some catching up to do.
