ive had the nozzle and if i had to do it again, i would go plate kit. cleaner, better performance (i think) plus you dont drill a hole into you intake tube. and if you want to hid a plate kit, all you have to have is a big a$$ engine cover like the stock one and your pretty much done. ive been fooled twice by the plate kit (cuz im an idiot). so i vote.... plate

would you see any horsepower or better track times with a plate vs. a nozzle setup?

i dont have any dyno numbers or anything, but ive been watching setups for years...it seems like people with the nitrous outlet plate seem to consistantly get a little more out of a given shot.
