Default Plate VS Nozzle

Has any one compared a nitrous plate vs the nozzle on a dyno?? thinkin of either gettin a plate or nx sho nozzle

I know that the NX Shark nozzle that comes in the GM EFI kit is good for about 250 HP, so I would definetly think that the plate would support more power as well as be a little more efficient.

i think the plate was good for 300 to 350. i don't plan on spraying that much nitrous but it seems to deliver a helluva lot better than my old nozzle
