I thought that a plate was better. From what your saying here he stated they got 25 more hp outta the nozzle vs. plate

ive also heard that

and far as plate vs. nozzle. i always heard nozzle gave it a more hit since it was futher away from the tb, allowing for a good mixture.

Not sure if I'm right or wrong but wouldn't placing it further upstream allow the Nitrous more time to cool the charge and mix properly with the incoming air?

thats what he was exlplaing.....it attomizes better with the nozzle than with the plate. since it has more travel time to the intake

a nozzle has always hit harder for me. my quickest et's came from a plate. you choose. if you want stealth, then the plate to me is easy to hide. buy some engine covers. you will never see anything.

my first plate was nitro daves test mule made for a fbody and i bought it and used it on my truck. worked flawlessly. my new plate is a truck plate.

either way, if you really want to use a nozzle and have it hidden, research the egr port.

I call BS!!! Plates will out perform a nozzle. Must have been a defective plate in that vette. I have seen trucks pick up .2 in the 1/4 by switching to a plate.

Yea, I'd have to side with Rodney on this one, I felt like the nozzle hit harded but the ET is better with a plate, but then again, I did have some work done to my nozzle........
