I have a nos mini 2 progressive with my system (nitrous express plate) my tuner can only get it to activate at 50% for instance jetted with 200 pills, it only made 487 rwhp but made 385 na. Has anyone had one of these units crap out on them? Or is there a trick to get them to fully operate. I really don't want to have to call the manufacturer lol I know this is pretty vague in description. I'll have any other details you need Tuesday when I pick the truck up. Just looking for common issues or resolutions with it

I honestly have no idea. I haven't touched it since I dropped it off to get tuned. I'll have to take a look on Tuesday. Seeing if anyone else had this issue before, but I plan on figuring this thing out cause I do not want to buy another one!

 

I just got one myself. Mine seems fine. Have u tried resetting it? U sure u running correct jets? I would go back through it and make sure it's correct using instructions. It can be a lil tricky to setup.

 

I got mine used from a member on here. He swore it was fully functioning when he took it off. How do you reset it? I followed a wiring diagram I found on "the internet" hahaha but even the shop couldn't get it working right. Is there a way you could PDF any and all paperwork you have on it? I'd really really appreciate it and would help me a TON before I write this thing off. They're gonna try a regular wot switch tomorrow. If it fixes it, then the problems the progressive and hopefully I can fix it somehow.
