Default NOS progressive controller

ok, what if i got a controller for the nitrous.. to take the hit out of it. well not so much the hit but at least the violence. say acvtivated @ WOT ramp it up over 3-4 secs. might lose a tenth or so but it might make the tranny live longer. what yall think? good idea waste of money? want the performance, just dont want the extra trans in the corner "just in case". so, longer life... or shorter wallet?

I hear that if you don't want the Nitrous to hit so violently just make the line going from the solenoid to the nozzle longer.

I'm going to try using msd window switch hoked to zex controller. on at 2000rpm off 5500. should keep beating on converter and trans to a minimum.
part is around 100.00. there are other more trick set-ups available now though. I.E. programmable. Just my 2 cents

ok, the NOS progressive controls when it hit ( it has a time delay, will activate @ x secs after switch is tripped) ramps up n2o over x amount of seconds ( can be used with aftermarket ignition, and map ignition retard as nitrous is added) lots of cool **** it can do.. just not sure if it will do what I need it to do... keep my **** running.
