On the regular cabs, where is the best place to run the nitrous feed line into the cab? Or do you have to go ahead and drill a hole? Where is the best place to mount the solenoids or does it matter? And for the drive by wire throttle bodies what would i use for a wide open throttle switch?

Drive by wire u can use the tps switch the will Sence the voltage of wot.
