Nitrous questions
#1
2003 denali awd 6.0 lq4 3.73's custom tuned, exhaust, electric fans, cold air intake. I am thinking about doing a simple nitrous system. I will spray at the track probably once every 2 months, and may use it one time on the street in between then, so overall a rarely used system. I want a kit that is pretty easy to install, and I'm not sure about going with window switches or progressive controllers or any of that. Since the system will be used so rarely, can I not just go with a simple movie style button, that i will push when i want to spray, letting of in shifts and starting about 2500rpms? Or should i go with a window switch etc...keeping in mind im a 19 year old college kid, im very mechanical but i have no nitrous experience at all. Also i was thinking about a 75-125 shot, what do yall recomend? Will my stock injectors be sufficient? Will i need additional gauges etc? I am trying to keep the cost down, but do not want to sacrifice my 20k dollar daily driver....P.S. 78,000 miles

just go to one of the nitrous sponsors on the right and look for you a kit..if your mechanicaly inclined and can do some wiring and you can follow some instructions its a piece of cake. get a window switch that way you can just turn the arming switch on and floor it off the line and the nitrous will come on once you get movin so you dont have to worry about lightin your tires up..once you spray it a few times it will not be rarely used..

i will back the Nitrous Outlet kit 100% great kit...go to them buy the plate kit and and run a 100 shot off the rail....you can do the button if you feel comfy with that but being as you are a noob to nitrous i would get a window switch
