2. You should not spray under anything other than WOT, and at the least start at 3000 RPM in first.
3. Tell her which ar the N2O switches and tell her not to touch them. Leave the bottle closed or take it out.
4. Google a N2O re-fill station, a local track may have one and most hot rod shops will too.
5. They are a colder plug and reduce the chance of detonation.
On another note, since you will be running a dry system you will eventually need to upgrade your fuel pump and injectors if you consistantly spray over a 75-100 shot. Another thing you'll want is a window switch to prevent spraying through shifts(or you could manually turn kit off/on). Post up anything else... many of us here have already been there done that and are happy to help.

Your Dynotune kit may have come with a TPSS (Throttle Position Sensor/Switch) which you'll use to activate the spray and that will handle the WOT (Wide Open Throttle) factor. At that point, just have the spray nozzle aiming directly toward the MAF wires @ 5"-7" away and your factory system will provide the additional fuel.
If you add in an arming switch before the solenoid and make your girl aware of it's consequence, there's no reason why she should be spraying accidently. Plus, the bottle would have to be open for that to all happen and there's no reason why you should leave your bottle open all the time, anyway.
NGK TR6's are cold(er) plugs which help reduce the chances of destroying anything relative to your combustion chambers. For the same reason, pull timing. If you're at 15' you're way lower than most already.
DLH2000- Yes. Nightrunner's right. Even on a dry shot.
