Default Nitrous Install Progress

My buddy and I have been working on the N20 install. We work different schedules so we only have been working a few hours at a time.

So far, we have plumbed everything and installed the bottle. It is an NX GM EFI kit. It is coming together slowly. We have started the wiring and about half way there. We are using Weatherpack connectors and creating harnesses so the system can be services easily.

We installed the purge, N20, and fuel solenoids on the bracket above the passenger side valve cover.

We mounted the bottle in the bed.

We tapped the silicone elbow with the nozzle

The relays and solenoid driver were mounted to the firewall.

We test fit the Microedge into the center console.

We are going to continue with the wiring tomorrow. Since we are only working a few hours a day, we will probably need at least 2 more days to button everything up

Thanks man! It takes time, that is all.

We got more of the wiring done last night. I am hoping to button it up this today. I will post more pics.

UPDATE:

The wiring under the hood is complete and in loom. Time to move into the cab and finish running the wire to the bed for the bottle heater. Almost there.

Going to start with a 50 and work my way up. I plan on spraying 100 if everything goes as planned.

Yep, that is the plan. This turned out to be a lot more work than anticipated

Simple is good! Haha Do you have yours hooked up the wideband for the lean/rich cut off feature?
