Wink Nitrous Complaint

My only real complaint is it takes about 5 seconds to get ready when fully unprepared.

Earlier, there was Titan with exhaust behind me at Arbys... He was behind me as I pulled out of the lot and I heard him start to come flying by me.

I have the bottle behind the seat, so I reached behind and opened it as fast I could... Then, flipped the arm switch. By the time I did this he was infront 40-50FT. Damn nitrous. LOL

Little to say, I caught back up to him with squeelin' tires and all.

Turn the bottle on as soon as you get in in the morning. Turn it off at night when you get home. If you have a momentary button you could even leave it armed at all times. Then all you have to do is floor it and grab the button Fast & Furious style!!

Remote bottle opener

I know its right behind your seat but it only takes a second for it to open and you can hit the arm switch at the same time

Yeah that's the plan... I just got everything all set up today and he caught me off guard.

Dang, an electric bottle opener when it's behind you... Nah, I'd feel super lazy. Couldn't live with myself.

Nice. I'd definetly mount mine in the tool box if I had one.

I had no choice I would rather have my behind the seat but I have an ec and there are sub and amps under the rear seat so it had to go in the tool box. So "cam expert" when are you going to put a cam in that thing to really wake that truck up?

I'm going to do the tranny/tc sometime here. Then, I'll put one of my own custom grinds in.
It's nice having connections and access to gazillions of lobes.

Here's what I do to be always ready. electric bottle opener (low amp constant power type) wired to on/off sw and 12v sw supply to relay, I leave it on all the time. This way anytime you get in car and turn ign on bottle opens, leave the car bottle closes. I have my bottle heater set up this way also. My main arm sw is this way and always on. I never have to think, is this on, that on, or is bottle hot, just floor the bad boy and I am gone. Been doing this on a couple cars for a few years and no problem one.
