what you guys think.
i know i have been going for the fi section to n/a now this, im trying to weight out every option as far as budget/ power. right now the best bang for my buck is n20 what i need to know is it it really needed/rec. to have forged internals heres a layout of my setup cr will be around 10.5

take those 100 pills and throw them away IMO. you will never be happy with a 100 shot. make sure your tune is right and pill it to a 150 to start. forged internals are not "necessary" but can help if your tune is a little off. there have been guys that spray 250+ on bone stock bottom end motors.

what size truck will this be going into, reg cab/ex cab? going with the parts you have listed, you can run a 150 shot all day long. i have a reg cab and 100 shot is fun(and conservative) , however if you have a larger/heavier truck along with the build you plan,i would do 150 and/or multi stage for more
