Default leak in system

Well, I went to Super Chevy this weekend and filled the bottle at the track Friday, ran it once on the bottle Saturday (1050psi before purge) (we wont even discuss times LOL) and went out to get ready for bracket racing Sunday morning and the bottle guage was on 0.... so not only was I not able to run on the bottle, I got one pass on a $50 fill The entire kit is Harris. I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with any leaks... I think its my guage leaking or my burst disk went.... anythink I should check before going farther with it????

I had my line ran from my bed to my intake under my truck in the frame rail, over about 5 months the line got a hole in it. Maybe its in your line? If our bottle was closed take it to the place that fills your bottle and have them check the o rings.

I have harris and don't have any problems except for the heater pressure sensor...I had to tighten it down real hard and it didn't leak then, but other than that no problems...you need to turn it on and listen for the leak. Was the bottle on or off when it was leaking?

Solenoid could have crap holding it open just enough to leak. Sometimes the filler bottles are dirty inside and spread the disease and leak out thru the solenoid if the bottle's open.
I kinda doubt your burst disc went. Seems you'd have really heard that one.
Do the old tire-leakage test and spray some liquid soap on the lines.

Was the bottle open or closed? If closed I would look at the guage. If the bottle was open I would still look at the guage along with the NPT fittings that screw into the solenoids. You should aslo contact support if everything is good and tight:

The bottle was open, I left it open at the track. If it was the burst disk, I still wouldnt have heard it. I left the truck at the track and went to the hotel during the night... I have had a leak at the silenoid before but it was an easy fix, I just re-tightened everything. I'm really thinking its the guage now....

-Hey Matt, how much for a new one?? I might just do a remote guage.

fill it and take like an empty windex bottle and fill it with soap and water and spray the whole system..you will find your leak..ive have fittings leak..hole in the line and gauge leak..use loctite on the pipe fittings..but not on the an fittings..ive did have teflon on some and they leaked..the an fittings have to be pretty tight..im sure im not telling you anything that you dont know but im sure there are people on here that might not
