Default Last minute advice for boost/meth/N2O combo?

I'm installing a 75-shot nitrous wet kit this weekend and was wondering if anyone has advice for making this work on my setup. Im making 10lbs of boost and 585hp with the blower and meth and plan on pulling 5 or 6 degrees timing to start. Is there anything else to consider here? I think my fuel system is up to the task but feel like I'm missing something. Maybe a kevlar flak jacket? TBH, I'm a little nervous about it.

I would suggest on pulling 3 degrees for only 75 hp. There really wont be any need to pull 5-6 degree's unless the motor is already pinging off nitrous.

Are you going to be doing a dyno pull, or just driving?

Either way I would make sure you stay around 11.5:1- 12.0:1 AFR.

What plugs are you currently running? What is your Gap on them?

I've done this before with a turbo...and its a riot. Crank up the meth and don't pull any timing

Running TR6's with .026 gap I believe. Got half the kit installed today. Will tune on the dyno soon.

I'd definately recommend switching to a non-protruding 7 with both power adders. I can't remember the part number right now though....

I might go back to a BR7EF for this.

I got the nitrous with a 75 shot installed tonight and went for a rip. All I can say is WOW! What a difference. Feels like I must be pushing 700rwhp now. The launch is breathtaking in 4wd. The transmission handled it like a champ and so did the rear end.

I couldn't find colder plugs in town but ran 94 octane instead of my usual 91 and pulled the plugs after the last run. They looked absolutely perfect aside from the heat mark being up the strap a little farther than I'd like. New plugs should fix that.

I'm going to book a dyno slot once I get the new plugs in and won't beat it up more it until it's properly tuned. It'll feel like a long wait.
