How much till the v6 blows up?

Hi everyone I have a 4.3 silverado, it's got a vortech supercharger kit from an s10.
I want a little more without going 3 bar, there's a good deal in my area on craigslist for 200$ for a few year old nitrous kit with all solenoids, purge, lines, switches bottle, etc etc.
I now run a small-medium sized air/air intercooler, along with methanol injection. Right now it's at 8psi, but will be tuned to around 12-14 lbs. I'm guessing 12-14 lbs intercooled boost w/ meth will get me around 350 crank hp
The engine will hold up to 400hp in stock form (it's been done numerous times with turbos on s10s). BUT will it be able to hold boost and a 30-40 shot of nitrous?? How can i make it more safe?
(for timing I use the 89octane base tables and copy them over to the high octane table, but still use high octane and meth, so I've got spark covered somewhat, would I need to take out more timing?)
