How much of a wet nitrous shot can forged 402 handle? I am using 44 lb injectors and will be installing a walboro 255 pump. Also will an flt level 4 handle a 402 with nitrous if the nitrous is used only a few times a month. My new setup makes me regret not going with a level 5

i think with using nitrous you MIGHT need to get a 80e
even the level 5 65e is only good for 500-550rwhp maybe 570-580rwhp and you should be up around 650rwhp with a 150shot and i would think the motor could handle more nitrous than that

the motor will most likely handle as much as your solenoids. Just guessing but most nitrous solenoids that are in the mor common(cheaper) set ups I think are only good for around a 200-250 shot. I would say your motor would hold a 200-250 all day. Just need a tranny(4l80e) and rear end to hold that. Assuming you will be able to get that much power to hook.

2 Stages;
1st: Out of the hole with a 75
2nd: activating mid-way through 2nd gear 125
Plenty safe, plenty of power and still good for traction purposes.
This is what my truck will see with my new engine.
My supporting engine components may be a little more radical than yours though.
