In this thread a guys gained a 100hp from a 75 shot. It is not uncommon to gain more than the advertised shot on an FI setup due to intercooling and all and I have heard of exact gains as the manufacturer list the gain at the wheels with their pills but never gained more. How could this be not calling BS jsut wondering if someone can explain it to me.

His N.A. pull probably wasn't tuned as well as his N2O pulls. The A/F was at 13.3 and more power would be at 12.8 A/F. Also he might have been able to add more spark advance. Nitrous jets hp rating isn't that exact and usually figured around 850-900 psi. He was running 1100 psi and therefore flowing more than a 75hp shot.

There are so many variables. each set up is different in many areas. Also, some companys under rate, some right on the mark, and some over rate. So really the only way to be absolute on any kit/vehicle combo is to jet it to what you want on the dyno.
