Default Crazy wiring thought

I have factory foglights on my nnbs silverado, but am running hid in the housing and dont run them off of the factory harness or switch. I was thinking that I might be able to wire the selenoid off of the foglight harness with some minor modifications. This is my idea. Wire the selenoid to the positive and negative on the foglight plug, and the wot switch will be wired in at the switch inside the truck. So that when I turn the foglight switch on that would be the arming switch, than the wot switch will act just as it would with the standard harness that comes with the kit. I am trying to keep a clean install and look as factory as possible. I would think this is safe still because the foglight is fused and all. Please give me some insight on my idea, or am I just crazy thinking this would work. Thanks.

You need to run a dedicated relay for the nitrous solenoid IMHO.

this. ALOT of chevys ive seen, there are occasional gremlins every now and then that deals with fogs and lighting. it would only take one time, and your done. on my truck, underneath my dash, i have a little toggle killswitch from factory, its very hidden, nobody sees it unless i point it out. you could wire your arming switch like that and keep it hidden.
