Default Couple of Qs

Hey guys i got a few questions that i just couldnt seem to find when i searched but i coult be wrong so if this has been asked please show me the link

Putting a 100 wet shot from HSW on my truck (5.3, RCSB, 4.10s, LTs True Dual Exhaust, Nelson Tune)

Blowdown tube?
i know that u need one if u have the bottle in the truck passenger compartment but it will be placed in my bed. My bed is enclosed with an ARE LSII tonneau cover, do i need one for that or is only when it is in the passenger compartment or should i just be safe rather than sorry?

Anything else Recomended?
I am running the HSW Wet kit with 100 shot jettings should i use get anything else? i do not plan on spraying often basically as soon as i install it and at the track to see what i run and then maybe a few other times

Any predictions on Times?
when my truck was completely stock (just about 1000 miles on it and my 5.3 truck came stock with the 4.10s) i ran the best of 15.74 in a warm september day at englishtown NJ anyone have any predictions as to what i will be running with this setup i have people theorizing that i should come close to knocking on 13s but i think i would be happy with a low to mid 14

Thanks again and like i said i have used the search tool and could not find these answers but i could be mistaken so if it was asked before please show me. the blow down tube question was asked before but usually for inside the passenger compartment and i dont know if the others had an enclosed bed

Start here... then back out to all the stickys.

If your bottle blows it's going to ruin your paint, if you care.
IMO you won't drop 1.75 with a 100 shot in a stock 5.3 but I'd love to see you prove me wrong. Get 'er done!

FWIW, my friend on a mid high 80 degree (very humid) day knocked 2.8 seconds off his 1/4 time on a 150shot. Should be high 14's all motor and in the 13's with your mods spraying first gear with decent traction on a 100 shot. I have less mods and did it on a 100 shot in my ex cab. Also, don't worry about the blowdown tube. If I were you, don't get a window switch and wire it to run off a button and just let off right before the shift, then get back on the button after it shiftd..that is what I do.

Forgot to add. Also, get a bottle heater and a nitrous filter. You will also HAVE TO get and install some NGK TR6 spark plugs.

I have Wheatley Tune, 4.10, no cats, bullet muffler, and 100 shot. Did a 13.8 spinning.
