Default Cheater Second bottle...

Is anyone currently running a two bottle setup? I want to know if it is possible and how to route the lines or connections for a Main 10lb bottle and Cheater 2.5-5lb setup. The reason for this is some racers done have faith in "Im not going to use the nitrous" and want you to remove the bottle. So that is what the second smaller bottle would be for, hidden in console, under seat, inside interior molding so that I would still be able to use the nitrous incase I underestimated to competition. I would assume just a T fitting and some type of valve to close off the main bottle line?

Run a bottle in the bed with a short line that leads to nothing and mount your real bottle behind the seat. They will see your bottle aka fake bottle in the bed and won't question you having a second one.

No bed.... This is for a Tahoe and Trans Am and no room under either back seat. Not a problem of hinding the second one just the parts/diagram to make it happen? Concerned about flow through the fitting too.

I suppose you could run a check valve in front of a T-valve. That should keep the N20 from being able to go out the unhooked line and will still allow the main bottle to function.

I have to agree with that. If you get caught cheating someone is liable not to be very happy about it and could lead to bad things.

It is going to be hard to notice a 75hp shot behind 11psi but it is enough to make a differnce. Is a Check Valve a one wave valve coupler? So I guess I could just put a check valve on the main bottle line and just "T" off after that to the cheater bottle which then leads to the solenoid and just leave the cheater bottle closed when using the main bottle to keep it full but open it manually to pressurize the line when the main is removed..... which would eliminate a T-Valve $100....

Right will this work?

you really need to think about the check valve nitrous is more complex then you may think running a inline check valve can create a pressure issue and boil the nitrous at the fitting aka fitting will be frosty on the out side this will lower the efficiency of the kit all kits are blueprinted from the manufacturer and anything added needs to be well thought out

on my set up i have the abilitiy to have either bottle on/off and spray.

The only problem is unless you want two pressure guages you can only read PSI from one bottle.

One other problem i see is I can not remove one bottle and just have the one unless i tie off the line to the second bottle.
