Hey guys im new here just have a quick question I got a 97 obs 5.7 vortec with a couple of bolt ons first will i be able to install this myself and second were do I get the kit from and instructions on a how too.
Also what shot should I start with ?

 

If you are able to follow instructions and are machanically inclined I see no reason why you could not install it your self. Pluss if you are using our products you always have the ability to call and get us on the phone to walk you through any areas you need advice.

I would start with a 75-100 shot. The stock motor will take a 150 but you will need to upgrade the fuel pump.

I am mechanically inclined so should be no problem what kit to you recommend fogger or wet ??

 

100 wet shot. and its not hard to hook up either,took me 45 mins

 

if its yer 1st time id set aside a few hours, just incase.. plus that leaves room for a beer between each step

 

okay the beer part sounds good what kit would I need to get any help on that would i need a window switch ??? im lost here so any help would be good Thanks

 

gm ls1 plate system... and as far as window switch thats up too u i dont use one and got a stock trans still and its doing fine so far its been thro 5 10lb bottles..

 

im not sure hed used a ls1 plate on a OBS?? i could be wrong tho.. and if you can do basic wiring you can do the window switch, id personally use one to try and extend the life of the tranny
