Looking at the idea of running a NX 90MM plate kit on my 07. and hitting her with a 250 shot. Now would this be the best idea or should i go to direct port?

 

it's been done. make sure the tune is spot on and keep an eye on the back cylinders.

 

yea thats what im worried about is the back cyl's. might have to go ***** deep on the direct port. lol

 

200 is about the limit of a plate kit. You can run a 250 kit, but as mentioned you will be running on the ragged edge and must proceed with caution. NX does an awesome job on direct port plumbing on about any intake on the market. I really doubt the extra 50 shot is worth the risk on a plate kit and a direct port will allow you to grow even more. If 200 isn't enough 250 won't be and neither will 300+ lol

 

yea ill get ahold of them today an see what i can get for a DP set up. I know i wont stop at the 250 lol Thanks guys
