What's Up? New guy needs instructions.

Hey, new guy here...I'm Troll Daddy...don't ask! But can you guys help me get started in here by making some suggestions........my buddy Torque_Wrench is helping me some.....but he ain't always around.....and he's a GM Guy!.....*he's a ****** lol
