Ive never measured torque required to spin a motor, but as long as it spins freely and you dont hear/feel anything grabbing/hitting I would wager you're ok

yeah, I was pretty paranoid about it. I bought a much thinner assembly lube and pulled it apart and put it alllll back together. Spins easier now. Still tight to start but I can make complete turns without any grabbing or dragging so I’m going to send it!

Got some headway the other night. Picked up another financial mistake that’s been slowing down progress. It’s a 1984 FXRT for anyone who’s curious or a Harley fan

starting to wire and plumb everything up on the truck. I am pushing the fuse box back and under the fender support. Also, putting a low profile toolbox in the bed where the battery will go. Should make for a clean engine bay
