Hey, I'm new to truck (or any) modding and found this awesome looking site. I have an 89 1500 Chevy that I love driving, but I want to make it as fast and powerful as I think it should be. The truck is a mostly stock 5.7l with a OEM K&N air filter and a flowmaster. I'm on a budget but I want to do it right and figured I'd listen to some more experienced people. Working on borrowing a buddies camera to put some pics of it up.

Welcome aboard Josh... youve come to the right place to do things the right way. There are quite a few guys on this board with OBSs (Old Body Style's meaning 88-98) that have some great #s there puttin down.
