tbss vs str8 jeep

see i would want one but if the parts werent expensive. The good thing is that the tranny can handle power. I also liek the ss but it would be a hard desicion and i would probably go with the jeep cause you dont see many and transfer all the parts from my truck to the jeep and run high 11's

Lets do a little comparing...2009 Jeep SRT8...AWD...370ci...420hp...420tq...Curb weight is 4819
Now for the competition...2009 TBSS...........RWD....364ci...390hp...400tq...Curb weight is 5331
Now lets compare apples and oranges. Logic tells us that the GC obviously has the advantage. So why are we arguing. I hate anything Mopar. DAYTONA81, we all know that the GC would win and that it's fast. If GM put the AWD back in the TBSS would probably weight almost 6000. Would we still be arguing. The Jeep has better gear ratios all through the box. The only thing they lack is technology. Which is improving. They are about 13 years behind GM. Almost anything you buy from GM is dependable. I think if you take the two, leave them completely stock, do some major tuning, the TBSS would come out on top.
