same thing with the challengers the 6 speed come with sucky *** gears. I did hear though that dodge will be offering a racer package on the challenger with the 6 speed of being able to get them with 3.92 gears which should be good for a 4000lb car. With those gears i think the challenger will hold up to the name but not with 3.06 gears

My friend has an SRT8 Jeep and those things scoot, he beats me pretty handily, and from a dig, no contest.
Here's a race btwn the 503hp (or whatever it is) ML63 and an SRT8 Jeep: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epmGE--EtN0

My '08 TBSS went 13.71 @ 101 with a little tune it(wasn't done tuning). I think that is a pretty good time for a TBSS also. Even with the TVS 1900 on it with the stock pulley it did not pull a GC SRT8(intake only) all that hard. Now with the 3.1" pulley the TBSS is a monster but, I give my props to the GC, it's just a beast, that 6.1L is badass!

used GCSRT8 runs about 30k with low miles. so a SS will be a better cause its cheaper and you can use the money for mods.
headers and a GOOD tune should beat a srt8 from a roll but a dig the srt8 is a monster and it will be tough
