Default Resident Rookie. 02 GM 2500HD. Boondocks MD

Sup everybody. So I just found this site and hope its more information savy than the last few I've been on. I hail happily from Germantown/Frederick MD. My daily fuel guzzler is a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. Its a single cab, long bed with an 8.1, 2WD and the S6-650 trans. Black on black with all the power options. I've owned her for about a six months and am slowly fixing little running problems and making her look a little better. I own all GM and work for a Ford/Subaru dealer in Frederick MD as a parts guy. Don't get me started on the crap I get every day about brand loyalty. Here are a few pics of her when I first bought her and I'll post a few recent pics soon. I'll list all the repairs below. If you're in the area drop me an E-mail and we'll get together.

Improvements/Repairs
-New Plugs
-New TB gasket (leaking air in between IAC passage and main bore)
-Buffed out scratches and waxed
-Original owner put on a K&N filter and air tube.
-Debadged and removed body side mouldings.
-Predator tuner (taken off for now while I diag a driveabiliy issue but is a great diag tool)
-Painted chrome strip in grille from left to right, Black.
-Billet Aluminum bowtie emblem.

TBD
-Aluminum wheels *OEM GM 8 lugs*
-03-06 Silverado tail lamps tinted black
-LED bulbs all around
-Bigger tires
-Tinted windows
-Improved lighting up front (dunno how to do this without looking like a redneck or a airport runway)
-Trailer tow mirrors.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I'm currently in the process of paying on my truck so I'll be more interested in using it to work for a while before I get interested in seriously spending money to mod it. The 4 BIG things I would really want to do are supercharger/turbo, swap the front clip to a 03-06 body style, 4x4 swap *very little chance in hell of making that happen, too much crap to change over and acquire*, and split ratio gearbox for long hauls. The only two I see happening at all are the forced induction and front clip swap. Right now I'm more into troubleshooting the driveability issues. But I'm glad to know there are people out there to help me spend a paycheck!
