I have been though lots of vehicles but finally got a running driving turbo truck! Located in the Kansas City area. She's just an 01 RCSB 2wd 4.8 4l60 (for the moment) with a custom kit and MPT70. Has Baer brakes front and rear with some cheapo 22s. Put down 445 whp on 9lbs last Sunday. Looking for a 4L80E ASAP!

A couple of us stopped by the Tuning Station last Saturday, I saw it out there. Some drop and it will be looking great.

 

Yeah I think they hurt the trans tuning it. By the time I got to drive it, it had just started slipping. not that it was their fault but they tuned it to 445 rwhp and that is a LOT for a bone stock high mile trans.

I may get some higher profile tires and escalade wheels to fill the gap before dropping it. This is a daily driver/shop truck so I don't want o have to worry when I drive it.

I will have updated pics and info once I get it tuned and on the road but I got a 4L80E swapped in last night! Spent 8 hours straight and did it ALL in one night including installing a Transgo shift kit and fab the cross member. Can't wait to actually enjoy the turbo!
