Default Old guy from Texas here

After a lifetime of being a car guy, everything from Hondas to 5.0L Mustangs, I decided to learn what all the hoopla about LS engines was about. So I picked up a cheap beater truck and bought HP Tuners and now I'm slowly figuring out a few things.

As soon as I got the truck I did a little stuff to it to make it mine. I lowered it and threw a set of factory wheels on it. When I was a teenager my dad said I would grow out of the lowered truck phase. That was over 30 years ago and I still haven't grown up.

Pretty clean for a beater lol. What part of Texas? I've got a timing table for my 4.8 that I found and tested for 93 octane that's worked well if you would like. Just should monitor your KR upon putting it in.
