Default Noob to performance and already have ???'s

Hi,
I have a 2001 5.3 Lt silverado and i have alot of questions regarding chipset, programmers and tuning..

also if you have specs i'd love to see them por favor..

1. Which is better programmer or tune
2. which is cheaper..
3. how can i over ride my o2 sensors..
4. which is better to help with shift patterns and what..

your best bet will be a computer tune from one of the sponsors on here (i.e. wheatley, nelson, blackbear, etc.)
